摘要
国际金融中心建设对一个国家的长远发展、国际竞争和金融安全至关重要。随着中国经济的持续快速增长,中国在世界经济中的地位大大提升,在此背景下,在中国大陆建立一个国际金融中心的呼声日益高涨。本文在阐述国际金融中心产生和发展条件的基础上,分析了上海建设国际金融中心的机遇和制约因素,给出了上海建设国际金融中心的目标定位,并提出了推进上海国际金融中心建设的几点战略性建议。
International financial center is of crucial importance for a eountry＇s future development, international competition and financial safety. With the rapid economic growth and increase of the importance in the world economy, constructing an international financial in China＇s mainland is becoming a hot topic in China. The article first illustrates the conditions for forming an international financial center; then analyzes the opportunities, challenges and location for Shanghai to build an international financial center; finally, some strategic suggestions are put forward to boost the construction of Shanghai international financial center.
