摘要
目的:观察中医清热化湿法对活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床疗效及对血清TNF-α和IL-6的影响。方法:86病例患者随机分为治疗组(中医清热化湿组)44例和对照组(柳氮磺胺吡啶)42例,治疗4周后观察临床症状、结肠镜下黏膜改变以及治疗前后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的变化。结果:治疗组临床症状改善和结肠镜下黏膜炎症修复情况优于对照组,治疗前后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医清热化湿法治疗活动期UC疗效显著,明显降低患者血清TNF-α和IL-6水平,可能是其治疗UC的机制之一。
Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） treatment and its effects on the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods ： A total of 86 UC patients were randomly classified into TCM treatment group （ Treatment group, n = 44 ） and sulfasalazine-treated group （ Control group, n = 42 ）. Clinical symptoms, endoscopical findings, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in sera were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. Results ： Compared with Control group, colonicmucosal inflammation in Treatment group was significantly improved, and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 alsomarkedly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：TCM treatment is effective to treat UC and down-regulate TNF-α and IL-6 secretion, which may be an pathway in clinical trail .
