摘要
《黄帝内经》首次明确提出"经络"的概念,并与脏腑相结合成为阐明人体生命现象及病理变化与诊断治疗的理论基石。文章从文献整理的角度,将原文归纳为"络"的概念、络脉的分类、络脉的生理功能、络脉的病理变化、诊络的方法、络脉病变的临床表现以及络病的治则治法等几个方面,并加以简明扼要的阐述,使《内经》中的络病理论更加系统而清晰,从而发挥其指导临床实践的重要作用。
Meridian and collateral was put forward firstly in Huangdi Neijing. It is the theoretical cornerstone on expounding life phe- nomenon, pathiological changes, diognosis and treatment together with zang-fu viscera. The paper concluded it several aspects about col- lateral as following： the conception, classification, physiological function, pathiological changes, diognosis methods, collateral disease clinical features, treatment principles and treatment methods and explanation them briefly.
