摘要
探讨"久病入络"与"温邪入络"的关系,指出叶天士卫气营血辨证体系中亦蕴含着"久病入络"的理论,温邪亦可入络,卫气营血各阶段皆可见络脉病变,故温邪入经是认识和治疗外感温热病的一种新的思路与方法。
The relationship between ＂prolonged illness invading the collaterals＂ and ＂warm pathogen invading the collaterals＂ was discussed through theory, it was pointed out that YE Tianshi＇s system of IVei, Qi, Ying and blood syndrome differentiation contained the theory of ＂prolonged illness invading the collaterals＂, warm pathogen could invade the collaterals, collaterals disease could be found in all the stages of Wei, Qi, Ying and blood. It was a new method and thinking of knowing and treating exogenous febrile disease.
