摘要
目的 讨论父母对注意障碍、多动综合征(ADHD)儿童就诊的心态差异.方法 分别询问来诊232名儿童和母亲对带孩子此次就诊及今后服药治疗的态度.结果 232名儿童中,由父母共同建议就诊者仅占59.1%,其ADHD阳性诊断率高,病情亦偏重,在服药态度上,父母之间较为一致.结论 父母对ADHD就诊的心态亦有差异,应予重视.
Objective To investigate the difference of psychological status between fathers and mothers in ADHD Outpatient Department. Methods Fathers and mothers of ADHD children are questioned respectively about the view on why they take their child see a doctor and drug treatment. Results Among 232 children, there are only 59. 1% who were suggested to see a doctor by their fathers and mothers together. However in these children the ADHD positive rate were high and they were in serious status. About drug treatment .fathers and mothers had same view Conclusion There was difference of the psychological status between fathers and mothers of ADHD children.
