摘要
目的比较注意障碍、多动综合征(ADHD)就诊儿童老师和家长的心态。方法分别调查348例前来ADHD门诊就诊儿童的父母和老师,采用DSM-Ⅲ-R的ADHD诊断标准。结果在所有348名儿童中,由老师和家长共同建议就诊者仅占49.4%。由老师和家长共由建议就诊者其ADHD阳性率要明显高于单独由老师或家长建议就诊者,且病情较重。在服药态度上,教师和家长也不太相同。结论注意障碍、多动综合征就诊儿童教师和家长的心态不一样,儿童ADHD的诊断应结合老师和家长两方面所提供的资料。
Objective To compare the psychological conditions of the teachers and parents of ADHD children in outpatient department.Methods To investigate the teachers and parents of 348 ADHD children respectively.The criteria on ADHD of DSM-Ⅲ-R were used.Results Among all the 348 children,the children who were co-suggested by teachers and parents accounted for only 49.4%,however the positive rate of ADHD was higher and the conditions was severe.The attituds to medication of teachers and parents were also different.Conclusions The psychological conditions between the teachers and parents of ADHD children were different and the dignosis of ADHD should be refer to the data provided by both teachers and parents.
