摘要
目的 为探讨光疗在降低血清胆红太浓度时能否逆转脑干听觉诱发电位的变化.方法 比较16例高胆红素血症足月新生儿(HBTN)及36例正常足月新生儿(NTN)的BAEP检测结果,HBTN组经蓝光治疗后的BAEP改变.结果 光疗后胆红素浓度下降,BAEP值相应得到改善,16例中6例恢复正常,10例明显好转.结论 光疗不仅能降低血清胆红素浓度而且能逆转胆红素对BAEP的影响,即光疗能逆转胆红素脑病.
Objective To ascertain whether reducing bilirubin levels by phototherapy can reverse changes in the BAEP. Methods To compare the results of the BAEP test in 16 cases of hyperbilirubinemic term newborn(HBTN) with 36 cases of normal term newborn(NTN) and the changes of BAEP test after two days of photothtrapy. Results The bilirubin levels declined in response to phototherapy,concomitant improvement occurred in these BAEP values; 6 cases recovered to normal and 10 cases improved evidently. Conclusions Phototherapy is effective not only in reducing serum bilirubin values but also in reversing the effects of bilirubin on the BAEP. Phototherapy can reverse the bilirubin encephalopathy.
