摘要
采用加压提取工艺,从薏苡仁中提取多糖成分。通过对提取温度、料液比、介质pH值、提取时间、提取压力等工艺条件的研究,得出最佳提取工艺参数:浸提温度为130℃,料液比1∶40,pH值4.5,浸提时间1 h,浸提压力2.0 kg.cm-2,最佳提取率可达84.3%。
Polysaccharide was extracted from the coix seeds by pressurized water extraction.Conditions including extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,medium pH,extraction time,and extraction pressure were studied.The results showed that the better extraction process parameters were as follow: the extraction temperature 130 ℃,ratio of material to liquid 1∶40,medium pH 4.5,extraction time 1 h,and extraction pressure 2.0 kg·cm-2,and the highest yield of extraction up to 84.3%.
