摘要
[目的]为明确持续性肾替代(Continuous renal replace therapy,CRRT)治疗ICU重症农药中毒患者的疗效。[方法]2007年3月至2009年7月,我院就诊的重症农药中毒患者30例,随机分成两组,对照组15人,治疗组15人。对照组进行保守治疗,治疗组使用CRRT治疗。两组其余均按ICU的规范化治疗,观察比较两组治愈率。[结果]治疗组发生心脑血管病1例,对照组发生心脑血管病6例。[结论]CRRT治疗重症农药中毒可以提高治愈率。
[Objective]To define the cure effect of continuous renal replace therapy（CRRT）on ICU severe pesticide poisoning.[Method]Randomly divide 30 cases into 2 groups,the control one 15 cases have preserving therapy,the treatment group use CRRT.Both take standard ICU treatment,then observe both cure rates.[Result]In treatment group,1 had cardio-cerebral vascular disease;in other group,there＇re 6.[Conclusion]CRRT can improve cure rate to severe pesticide poisoning.
