摘要
目的分析并排除鲎试剂法检测纤维蛋白原中细菌内毒素时供试品对鲎试剂的干扰。方法取家兔法热原试验合格的纤维蛋白原,按标示量加细菌内毒素检查用水溶解后分别置80℃水浴保温30、60min,100℃水浴保温30min,保温结束后取上清液进行细菌内毒素检测。结果经过上述3种方法处理后的检测结果一致,并且80℃水浴保温30min对细菌内毒素没有影响。结论纤维蛋白原溶液在80℃水浴保温30min后,可消除供试品对鲎试剂的干扰。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and exclude the interference of samples in Limulus test. METHODS Carrying pyro- gcn test of fiber protein on rabbit. RESULTS shows no notable difference among condition of 80℃/30min,80℃/60min and 100℃/30min in water bath. CONCLUSION It excludes the interfere factor with the condition of 80℃/30min in water bath.
