着重对趣味健美操编排的结构、原则、步骤及其对教学教法中的学习新动作步骤、成套健美操动作教学范例特点、教学的组织形式、音乐的选择与开展趣味健美操活动进行了探讨,让学生全身心地投入到学习环境的活动中,使趣味健美操教学取得更好的效果。
The paper discusses the structure, principle and Steps of the funny aerobics, new movement learning steps, features of teaching aerobics movements, teaching forms, selection of music and funny aerobics activities so as to a- chieve better teaching effect.
