高校教师承载着为社会培养和输送人才的重大使命,课堂教学的好坏,直接影响着培养学生质量的优劣。如何有效处理和把握好课堂教学,是高校教师提升教学能力的关键,也是高等学校提高教育水平的关键,直接关系到学校的办学水平和人才培养质量。
College teachers bear the great mission of cultivating and providing talented people for the society,so the effect of classroom teaching directly affects quality in cultivating students.How to effectively process and handle classroom teaching is the key for college teachers to upgrade their teaching competence.It is also the key for colleges and universities to raise their education level,which is directly related to the level of running a college and the quality of cultivating talented people.
