摘要
教育理念从"以教为中心"向"以学为中心"转变的过程,对教师的助学技能提出了新的挑战,助学支架的合理应用则是教师助学技能的集中体现。本文论述了笔者尝试在理论课堂上引入研究性学习活动,并设计多样化的助学支架来达到助学的目的。实践证明助学支架的应用取得了良好的效果,期望通过笔者的教育实践让更多的人关注和应用助学支架,在以学生为中心的教育实践中充分发挥助学的作用。
Assistance skills of Teachers face new challenges with the Changes in educational philosophy from "teaching-centered" to "learning-centered". Reasonable application of the assistance scaffolding is the concentrated expression of teacher's assistance skills. The author tried to introduce research-based learning activities into the theoretical class and designed diverse assistance scaffolding to help students. The practice has proved that teaching has achieved good results. This paper hope that through the author's practice, people should be more concerned about the assistance scaffolding to give full play to the role of assistance.
