摘要
采用数模混合可编程芯片AFS600,通过配置其嵌入的8051软核和内置资源构造了最小控制系统;完成了太阳能热水器的控制系统设计,实现了温度、水位等参数的采集、处理和控制等功能;采用增量式PID控制算法实现了淋浴水温的自动控制,使水温保持在设定温度的上下2℃范围内。
The minimum control system is constructed based on mixed-signal programmable chip AFS600 through the configuration of the embedded 8051 soft core and built-in resources.The control system for solar water heaters is designed and achieves the collection,processing and control of the water temperature,level and other parameters.Automatic control of shower water temperature is realized by incremental PID control algorithm to maintain the water temperature within 2℃of the set temperature.
