摘要
介绍了一种基于FPGA的用数字电路实现的PID控制器。把原来用单片机实现的数字PID控制算法单独用数字电路来实现,保留单片机对参数整定的灵活性。在设计中研究了PID算法的数字电路实现。由于把PID控制从单片机中隔离出来,因此可以降低在工控场合强烈的干扰造成单片机程序跑飞对整个系统的影响,提高了控制的可靠性。最后介绍了本设计在逃逸链梯中的应用。
A PID controler which is realized by digital circuit based on FPGA is introduced.This design is realized by solo digital circuit , though the PID algorithm was originally realized by computer program o But the flexibility that PID parameter can be adjusted by single chip microcomputer is reserved.Realizing PID algorithm by digital circuit is studied in this design. Since keeping apart PID controler from single chip microcomputer, the influence to whole system due to running malfunction of single chip microcomputer that occur when strongly disturbed can be reduced,and its reliability can also be enhanced, In the end ,an application in the chain ladder is introduced.
