摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定复方氯霉素乳膏中氯霉素的含量。方法：色谱柱为Shim—pack VP—ODS（150mm×4．6mm），流动相为含01％庚烷磺酸钠的溶液-（取0．1％庚烷磺酸钠溶液500ml与二甲基甲酰胺5ml、冰醋酸0．5ml，混匀）-乙腈（75：25），流速1．0ml／min，检测波长272nm，进样量10μl。结果：氯霉素浓度在29．88—249μg/ml范围内与峰面积具有良好线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为99．60％，RSD为0．618％（n=9）。结论：本法简便、结果准确、重复性好，可用于复方氯霉素乳膏的质量控制。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ehloramphenieol in compound chloramphenicol cream. Methods：The Shim- pack VP- ODS（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm） maintained at 30 ℃ with 0. 1% sodium heptanesulfonate solution （amixture of 0. 1% sodium heptanesulfonate 500 ml and dimethylformamide 5 ml plus glacial acetic acid 0.5 nd） - acetonitrile （75： 25） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 272 nm. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 29.88 to 249 μg/m] for chloramphenicol （r = 0.999 9） ;the average recovery was 99.60% and RSD was 0. 618% （n = 6）. Conclusions：The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of compound chloramphenicol cream.
