6-碘取代的白杨素衍生物合成及其抗癌活性 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究6-碘取代白杨素衍生物的体外抗癌活性。方法合成6-碘取代的白杨素衍生物.并通过MTT法检测其对人急性粒细胞性白血病(HL-60)细胞、人结肠癌(HT-29)细胞和人胃癌(SGC-7901)细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果合成了2个6-碘取代白杨素衍生物。结论6-碘取代白杨素衍生物具有良好的抗癌活性(IC50=1.87—6.09μmol/L)。 Objective To study the antieancer activity of 6 -iodo -chrysin derivatives. Methods 6 -Iodo - ehrysin derivatives were prepared and their antieaneer activities in vitro were evaluated by the standard MTT method. Restilts Two 6 - iodo - chrysin derivatives were synthesized. Conclusion 6 - Iodo - chrysin derivatives possessed the potent anticaneer activity ( IC50 = 1.87 - 6.09 μmol/L).
