摘要
通过对战略环境及其可行性分析,提出构建山东省健身气功服务体系的战略构想:以"科学发展观"及构建"社会主义和谐社会"为统领思想,大力宣传引导,夯实网底;消除体制障碍,落实"山东省全面健身工程",以创新的姿态构建新型、和谐的管理组织体系;推进社会体育指导员人才队伍建设,提高指导员专业层次等。
The author put foreword new strategy ideas,that is to energetically publicize and induct Health Qigong based on ＂Scientific Development＂ and the setting up the ＂Social ist Harmonious Society＂;to eliminate system obstacles,carry out the ＂Complete Health Strengthening Project＂,construct the new,harmonious management organization system;to impel the cultivation and team building of social PE tutors,and to improve the tutors＇ specialty abilities.
