摘要
高校图书馆作为全国图书馆系统中重要的组成部分,无论其人员配备、软件还是硬件设施与其他类型图书馆相比都具有明显优势,其对社会开放已经成为社会发展不可逆转的趋势。高校图书馆应立足于本馆的实际情况,在满足本校师生需求的前提下,凭借其资源、人员、技术优势,采取有效的途径为所在地区的读者服务。文章主要阐述了现阶段高校图书馆对外开放可以实施的更新观念;建立与完善法律、制度保障体系;有限制地开放;收取适当的费用;学校、地方、企事业单位共建及开拓远程服务模式六种策略。
As an important part of the whole country＇ s library system, academic libraries have obvious advantages over other kinds of libraries no matter in their personnel allocation, software or in their hardware. Based on their concrete conditions, under the premise of meeting the need of school＇ s teachers and students, the academic libraries should open to society, which has already become an irreversible trend of social development. This article elaborates the following six strategies for academic libraries to open to society at present： updating the concept, establishing and improving legal and institutional support system, opening with some limitations; charging properly to cover the expenses, and jointly constructing by schools, local governments and enterprises so as to further developing a remote service models.
