摘要
采用随机区组试验设计,研究了不同施肥处理对陇东旱塬苹果产量、品质和果实中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐积累的影响.结果表明:化肥配施有机肥能使苹果产量提高23.7%~53.9%、单果重提高4.3%~19.4%,并增加了果实中全氮、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物的含量,降低了果实硬度;果实中全氮、可溶性糖含量及硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的积累与化肥的使用量在实验范围内呈正相关;有机肥在提高产量、改善品质等方面不明显,但有效的降低了果实中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的积累;100 kg.株-1有机肥配施0.5 kg.株-1氮肥的处理在改善果实品质、提高产量,降低果实中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量等方面效果明显.
Field experiment by using random group design was conducted to study the effect of the different fertilizer treatments on yield,quality and accumulation of nitrate and nitrite in apple from the East of Gansu.The results showed that the right amount of chemical and organic fertilizer increased per plant yield by 23.7 % to 53.9 %,single fruit weight by 4.3 % to 19.4 %,also increased nitrogen,soluble sugar and soluble solids content of the fruit,and reduced fruit firmness.There was a positive correlation between the amount of chemical fertilizer and the nitrogenous nutrients,soluble sugar content,nitrate and nitrite accumulation in fruit;Organic fertilizer had no obviously effect on improving the yield and fruit quality;however effectively reduce nitrate and nitrite accumulation in the fruit.A combination of organic fertilizer(100 kg·plant-1) with nitrogen fertilizer(0.5 kg·plant-1) showed a better effect to increase quality and yield,and to decrease the content of nitrate and nitrite in the fruit.
