摘要
基于对油料保障链流程的整体把握,首先对军队油料保障链现状及其存在的问题进行了分析,接着提出了重组军队油料保障流程的设想—构建基于柔性的油料保障链,并阐述了重组的目的和意义,最后重点描述了基于柔性的军队油料保障链流程结构、部分节点的功能以及保障链的特点。
Viewing the operation process of the oil support chain as a whole, the paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of military oil support chain, then gives its ideas on its proeess re-engineering, namely, a flexibility-based oil support chain, expounds on its objective and significance and finally puts emphasis on its characteristics, process structure and functions of some of the nodes.
