摘要
为了寻找防治水稻大螟的理想药剂,开展了甜核·苏云菌不同配比对不同时期的大螟田间防治的技术研究。田间试验表明,武汉武大绿洲生物技术有限公司生产的甜核·苏云菌(高端)产品对水稻大螟具有较好的防治效果,而且持效期长。在水稻大螟卵孵至2龄幼虫高峰期用药,用量为450 g/hm^2时,该药剂保苗效果和杀虫效果均可达到90%以上,且对水稻生产安全。
In order to search an effective insecticide for Sesamia inferens （walker）,we tested the control efficacy of the mixture of Bt and SeNPV on Sesamia inferens（walker） in the field. The result indicated that the Sesamia inferens （walker） could be controlled by using Bt and SeNPV, which producted by Wuhan WDLZ Biological Technology Co.. The effect of Seedling Protection and controlling effect of larvae were up to 90% when using before 2nd larvae ,at the dosage of 450 g/hm^2.The formulation is safe to the rice.
