摘要
比较了国产粘接型氯丁橡胶(LDJ 240)与国外类似产品(如A-90)在结晶速度、溶液粘度、适用期和胶块厚度等方面的差别。介绍了采用连续引发体系、调节剂分批加入和复合调节剂来改进粘接型氯丁橡胶的粘接性;评述了改进贮存稳定性和溶液粘度稳定性取得的进展。指出接枝型氯丁橡胶的开发将扩大其胶粘剂的应用范围。
The production technology of adhesive polychloroprene rubber abroad was reviewed with 23 references . The differences in crystallization rate , solution adhesiveness , service life and slab thickness between domestic adhesive polychloroprene rubber (LDJ 240) and foreign analogs (A- 90) were discussed . It was proposed that the rheological behavior ,the resistance of phase separation and viscosity instability of solution , as well as the color of LDJ 240 should be improved ; the adhesive polychloroprene rubber with direct soluble grain or slab thickness ≤ 3 mm , and the graft modified polychloroprene rubber should be developed .
