整合素连接激酶和整合素β1在大鼠不同深度烫伤创面的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 整合素连接激酶(ILK)作为一种胞内蛋白激酶,能与整合素β1的细胞内结构域和多种细胞内骨架蛋白相互作用,并发挥其激酶活性,参与多种细胞生物学活动,包括调节细胞生长周期、细胞黏附性、细胞形状和迁移、ECM沉淀以及ECM与细胞的相互作用.ILK与器官纤维化疾病和肿瘤关系的研究较多,
