摘要
寒证动物模型的研制对研究寒证的实质以及中医药辨证论治的机理具有重要的作用。通过检索20世纪80年代以来国内对寒证动物模型研制的实验研究文献,总结了寒证常用动物模型的造模方法。寒证动物模型的研制基本可概括为中药灌胃造模、化学药物造模、低温冷冻造模等3类,具有方法多样、操作简单、重复性较好的特点。虽处于试用阶段,造模的方法亦需要进一步开发和完善,但已成为中医进行"寒证"实质研究的重要基础。
Making animal cold-syndrome models is of great significance to explore the essence of cold-syndrome and mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. By retrieving the experimental documents of animal cold-syndrome model-making in China since 1980s, the documents were classified into 3 aspects： TCM gastric perfusion modeling, chemical medicine modeling, and low tempera- ture freezing modeling. The documents showed that those methods were multiple, simple and excellently re- peatable, Although making animal cold-syndrome models is now at the trial stage and the modeling methods need to be further developed and improved, the animal cold-syndrome models are vital to the study of the nature of cold-syndrome and syndrome differentiation.
