孤啡肽对抗创伤大鼠免疫抑制效应 被引量：3

摘要 孤啡肽（ＯｒｐｈａｎｉｎＦＱ，ＯＦＱ）是阿片受体样（Ｏｐｉｏｉｄｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒｌｉｋｅ，ＯＲＬ１）受体的内源性配体，与内阿片肽素族具有高同源性，为了研究孤啡肽对机体免疫功能的影响，本实验采用侧脑室注射（ｉｃｖ）ＯＦＱ或纳洛酮（ｎａｌｏｖｘｏｎｅ，Ｎａｌ阿片受体拮抗剂）以及反义寡聚核苷酸（ＡＳＯ）技术。
