摘要
应用原位杂交、放射自显影结合计算机图像处理技术检测电针(EA)后10h及24回时大鼠中枢多巴胶(DA)D1和D5受体信使RNA(mRNA)的变化.结果显示:EA后10h脊瞩D1和D5受体mRNA有明显增高,24h时进一步增高;而脑内D1和D5受体mkNA需至24回时才有显著增高。结果提示,在转录水平,EA可加强大鼠中枢D1和D5受体基因的表达,使这些受体合成增加。
In situ hybridization and autoradiographic techniques were used to detect the changes of central D1 and D5 receptor messenger RNA (mRNA) at 10 b and 24 h after electro-atupuncture (EA). The resultSshowed that the D1 and D5 receptor mRNA in spinal cord increased at 10 h and further increased at 24 k afterEA, however, the obvious Increase or brain D1 and D5 reteptor mRNA was observed only at 24 b after EA. TheresultS indicate that the gene expression of central D1 and D5 receptor can be enhanced by EA,suggesting theincrease in synthesis of these receptors.
