摘要
新形势下培养青年马克思主义者是党中央提出的关于新时期青年思想政治工作和青年人才培养工作的伟大创举,它标志着我们党的青年思想政治教育工作和党的执政梯队力量培养工作提升到了一个新的阶段和水平。在这一实践过程中出现了一系列顺应性复杂问题,需要认真研究,寻求解决途径。
Under the new situation, cultivating youth Marxist is the great pioneering undertaking proposed by the Central Party Committee about youth ideological and political works and the cultivation of youth talents in the new era, which symbolizes that our party is promoted to a new stage and level in the youth ideological and political educational work and Party＇s ruling echelon power. A series of elasticity complex problem in this practice process occur, and we need to study earnestly and seek the solution.
