摘要
以乙醇/水为分散剂,提出了二步法合成羟丙基淀粉的工艺路线及环氧丙烷利用率的概念.考察了预溶胀阶段溶胀剂、反应温度、溶胀时间、分散剂对羟丙基取代度的影响.通过正交试验确定了对羟丙基取代度的影响因素:醇/水>反应温度>溶胀剂用量>溶胀时间;确定了最优反应条件:温度90℃、溶胀时间130 min、V(醇)/V(水)为90∶10、氢氧化钠用量3.5%.试验结果表明:预溶胀二步法优于有机溶剂一步法,可有效提高淀粉羟丙基取代度和环氧丙烷的利用率.
The process of two-step pre-swelling method for synthesis of hydroxypropyl starch and the utilization ratio of propylene oxide were put forward,wherein water and ethanol were used as the dispersing agents.The influences of the pre-swelling agent,the reaction temperature,the swelling time and the dispersant on the substitution degree of hydroxypropyl group in the pre-swelling stage were researched.The orthogonal test showed that,according to the degree of influence,the influencing factors were successively as follows: the ethanol-to-water ratio,the reaction temperature,the amount of the swelling agent,and the swelling time.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: temperature 90 ℃,swelling time 130 min,ethanol-to-water ratio(V/V) 90∶10,the mass fraction of the sodium hydroxide 3.5%.The results show that the two-step pre-swelling method is superior to the one-step organic solvent method,and can increase the substitution degree of hydroxypropyl group of the starch as well as the utilization ratio of propylene oxide.
