螨性哮喘特异性免疫治疗机制研究进展 被引量:3

Mechanisms of allergen-specific immunotherapy in treating mite-allergic asthma

摘要 近30年来支气管哮喘的患病率呈明显上升趋势。变应原是哮喘重要的诱发因素,尘螨是过敏性哮喘最常见的变应原之一。变应原特异性免疫治疗是目前过敏性哮喘唯一的病因预防及治疗方法。本文就螨性哮喘特异性免疫治疗机制研究现状进行概述。 The prevalence of bronchial asthma has markedly increased in the past three decades.Allergens are the main causative factors for allergic asthma.Dust mites are one of the most common allergens for allergic asthma.Allergen-specific immunotherapy(SIT)represents the only method of etiological prevention and treatment of allergic asthma.This review discusses advances in the mechanisms of SIT in order to treat mite-allergic asthma.
