摘要
翻译活动历史悠久。为了规范翻译人员及其翻译行为,我国古代就很重视翻译立法。比如汉、唐、金、宋、元等时期法律中对于翻译违法行为就进行了详细的界定和处罚措施。这些翻译方面的立法实践,给我们现代人有很多有益的启示,对于搞好我国当代翻译立法具有重要的借鉴意义。
Translation activities have a long history in China. In ancient China, from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, a great deal of attention was paid to the legal regulation of translation activities in order to regulate translators as well as translation activities. In these translation laws, unlawful practice in translation was defined and punishment was detailed and serious. Translation law-making in ancient China has its modern implications and are helpful to even today＇s lawmakers.
