摘要
采用生长速率法测定了外来植物火炬树叶片的丙酮浸提液对棉花枯萎病菌、棉花红腐病菌和葱黑斑病菌等3种植物病原菌菌丝生长的影响,试验结果表明:火炬树叶片浸提液在质量浓度为0.1、0.2、0.3g/mL时对3种菌丝生长都有显著的抑制活性,随着火炬树叶片浸提液浓度的增大,抑制作用加强,不同浓度的火炬树丙酮浸提液对3种菌丝生长的抑制作用,随着菌丝生长时间的延长而逐渐减弱。
Using method of growth rate, biological activity of acetone extracts from Rhus typhina were assayed. Results showed that growth of plant pathogen of Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium moniliforme, Stemphyliumbortyosum were significantly inhibited by acetone extracts from Rhus typhina, this inhibition strengthened with the concentration increasing （0.1,0.2,0.3 g/mL） and weakened along with the time.
