摘要
为了研究小麦亲本材料SW3243(组合为1426/4/IR68-77/YAA//ALD‘S’/3/YAZ//ST2022/983)的育种利用价值,对SW3243的选育、农艺特性、部分品质相关遗传性状、1BL/1RS易位系及育种的应用情况进行了分析。结果表明,SW3243具有如下特点:(1)SW3243高抗条中29、30,对抗性基因不具有抑制作用;(2)具有矮杆、多花、大穗、高产、迟播早熟等显著特点;(3)SW3243的高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成为1,7+8,2+12,含有232bp片段的PPO等位基因,Waxy蛋白亚基没有缺失,籽粒含有少量迟熟α-淀粉酶;(4)SW3243含1BL/1RS易位系,但与供试易位系具有明显不同;(5)利用SW3243的优良农艺特性育成了一批高产新品系,其中有42个衍生系参加了国家和四川省区试,育成国家、省级审定小麦新品种10个(次);6)SW3243及其衍生品种已累计推广433万hm2以上。结果表明,小麦材料SW3243具有优良的农艺性状,是四川小麦育种的重要亲本,研究结果将为小麦种质资源创新和高产育种提供信息参考。
The S×W pattern developed common wheat line SW3243 was one of important parents in Sichuan, its pedigree was 1426/4/IR68-77YAA//ALD‘S'/3/YAZ//ST2022/983. SW3243 was high resistance to stripe rust race CYR29 and CYR30, and did not suppress the performance of resistant genes when crossed with other resistant materials. SW3243 contained characteristics of dwarf, more spike lets, large spike, and high yield potential and early maturity even in late planting. Lots of new lines had been developed from SW3243 in Sichuan, among them 42 derived lines were attended province and national yield trial respectively, and 7 varieties were released in Sichuan province and 3 were released in national level. The plant area of SW3243 and its derived varieties were totally extended to 4.33 million hectare in Sichuan.
