氯苯嘧啶醇在苹果中残留检测方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 建立了苹果中氯苯嘧啶醇的残留检测方法,用丙酮/水为提取溶剂,机械振荡法提取,二氯甲烷液液分配,弗罗里硅土柱层析净化,气相色谱电子俘获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。添加浓度为0.03、0.3、1.0mg/kg时,平均添加回收率分别为103.12%、86.06%和91.76%,变异系数分别为0.03%、0.12%和3.55%。方法的最小检出浓度为0.00375mg/kg,满足农药残留分析的要求。 A residue analysis method was established for Fenarimol in apple. After mechanical oscillating extracted with acetone/water, adding dichloromethane in separator funnel by liquid-liquid partition to remove impurities. Then samples extraction was cleaned up with column, which filled with Florisol. Dichloromethane / ethyl acetate (80 : 20,V/V) as eluant, then transfer to flask, concentrated to dryness, dissolve the dry residue in appropriate volume with petroleum ether, detected with GC-ECD.0.03mg/kg, 0.3 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg of fenarimol in spiked apple were analyzed. The results of the average recovery were respectively 103.12%, 86.06% and 91.76%,CV were respectively 0.03%, 0.12% and 3.55%. The minimum detected concentration was 0.00375mg/kg. All accord with the need of the pesticide residue analysis.
