摘要
运用多元线性回归分析的方法,在北京近郊区、中郊平原农区、远郊山区分别选取有代表性的农户进行调研,实证分析影响北京郊区农地流转的特征和主要因素。研究表明,农村集体经济组织在农地流转中作用显著,不同区县之间差异明显,非农就业率、人均耕地面积等因素也与农户农地流转率关系显著。提出了健全农村土地产权体系、进一步发挥集体经济组织在农地流转中的作用、提高农民非农就业率、提高农业比较效益等政策建议。
Using multiple linear regression analysis method, this paper surveyed some representative farmers from peri-urban areas, mid-urban areas, and outer suburbs of Beijing, and positively studied the main features and influence factors of farmland circulation. The research showed that the rural collective organizations played significant role during the farmland circulation, that the relationship of farmland circulation rate to non-agriculture employment rate, the per capita arable land, and other factors was obvious. Then some measures were put forward such as bettering rural land property rights system, further exerting the role of the rural collective organizations, improving non-agriculture employment rate, improving agriculture comparative revenue.
