摘要
目的了解中药抗菌洗液的杀菌效果及其毒性。方法用载体定量杀菌试验和毒性试验进行了观察。结果以其原液作用2min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率均达到100%。该抗菌洗液对小鼠经口LD50(5000mg/kg体重,属于实际无毒;其原液对动物皮肤和阴道黏膜无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。结论该中药抗菌洗液对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌以及真菌都具有良好的杀灭效果,动物试验属于无毒级、无刺激性。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were used to carry out observation.Results The stock solution of the antibacterial lotion with a 2 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.The mouse oral LD50 of the antibacterial lotion was 〉5000 mg/kg body weight,which belonged to actually non-toxic class.Its stock solution was not irritating to aminal skin and vaginal mucosa.Mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative.Conclusions The Chinese medicine antibacterial lotion has good efficacy in killing Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and fungi.Animal test showed that it belongs to non-toxic class and is not irritating.
