摘要
高校是实施科技兴国战略、提高知识创新和技术创新能力的主力军,因此,提高高校的科技创新能力,使高校在社会经济发展中更好地发挥作用,为国家的科技发展事业做出更大的贡献已是当务之急。通过分析高校科研发展面临的新特点和发展趋势,就高校提高科技创新能力的途径进行了探讨。
College is the main force of implementation of science and technology strategy, improving the ability of knowledge innovation and technological innovation. Therefore, colleges and universities to improve science and technology innovation to socio-economic development in colleges and universities play a better role for the country＇s technological development and make greater contributions to the cause is urgent. This paper analyzes the development of university research is facing new features and trends of higher education to improve the way scientific and technological innovation were discussed.
