摘要
多年来,虽然对微格教学功用的探讨一直进行,但其成果和实效仍然喜忧参半。如何突出微格教学在培养学生教学能力方面的优势,涉及到理念和方法的不同层面。文章在新课程标准和新媒体技术视域之下,对微格教学的实施方略进行探讨和勾勒,以期在培养师范生教学能力方面能够发挥更大作用。
For many years,people were devoted to the research in the function of micro-teaching,but the achievements and effectiveness were both worried and glad too.How to outstanding advantages of fostering students' abilities,those involving various aspects of ideas and methods.In this paper,implement general plan of micro-teaching were studied and sketched under a New Criterion of Courses and A New Horizon.It was hoped that played a bigger role in cultivating of teaching ability of normal school students.
