摘要
试验从延安市宝塔区川口乡和子长县两地的石油和被石油污染的土壤中,筛得CT-2、CY-1、ZT-1、ZT-2共4株对石油有高效降解能力的菌株,其中ZT-2对石油的降解能力最强,降解率达到78.16%;将这4株菌按不同比例组合成8组复合菌群,其中组合6对石油的降解能力最强,降解率可达84.83%。
4 strains (CT-2,CY-1,ZT-1 and ZT-2) for degrading petroleum were isolated from petroleum and petroleum polluted soil in Chuankou and Zichang county, Yan’an city. The most efficient petroleum-degrading strain was ZT-2 whose degrading rate reached 78.16%. The best one in 8 consortia which constructed with the 4 strains in different proportion was the 6th whose degrading rate reached 84.83%.
