摘要
根据洪水波的运动规律,以乌鲁木齐河各水文站收集的实测洪水、气象等资料为依据,对河流流出山口以后山前区河流洪水演变规律进行研究分析。建立上下游的洪峰流量、传播时间的相关关系,为河流下游水利工程、城市防洪提供决策的依据,为其他河流出山口以后无资料地区的公路和桥梁建设提供科学的设计依据。
We analyzed flood evolution law in pediment region after Urumqi River flowing out mountain pass based on the moving laws of flood waves and a series of floods and weather data measured by hydrologic stations along Urumqi River,and set up a up-downstream correlation between peak flow and traversal time,which offers a basis for policy-making of flood control for downstream water conservancy works and city,as well as design of roads and bridges in other similar areas without hydrologic data.
