摘要
家族企业文化创新对于家族企业发展至关重要。通过分析美国家族企业文化创新发展阶段,发现美国家族企业文化创新的主要特征有:打造个性文化,保留适应社会发展的企业文化、积极学习借鉴他国优秀文化等;分析当前我国家族企业文化创新面临的主要困难,提出借鉴美国经验可以采取以下措施:树立以人为本的价值观,保持家族对企业所有权的控制,根据企业的发展阶段变化及时调整企业经营策略,积极吸收各国优秀的企业文化等措施。
The culture innovation plays an important role in the development of family business. By analyzing the development of culture innovation in American family business, we discover some main features. Those features are creating individual culture, preserving cultures that adapting to the social development, learning from other excellent cultures. Nowadays the culture innovation of family business in our country faces some difficulties. American family business provides reference experience for promoting our culture innovation of family business. We could take measures such as adopting the value of people oriented, keeping control of the enterprise ownership, adjusting the enterprise operation strategy timely, drawing from other excellent cultures.
