摘要
对含有微量稀土元素的Cu-1.9Fe和Cu-1.0Cr(wt%)合金采用不同的热处理工艺:铸态+固溶+时效;铸态+时效。通过对各试样的硬度、导电率及显微组织分析,比较了有无固溶环节对Cu-Fe和Cu-Cr合金组织和性能的影响,结果表明增加固溶工艺环节后均促进再结晶,使再结晶提前,两种合金的性能比未经固溶工艺的性能都更低。
Two kind of processing crafts to the a trace of rare earth elements adding Cu-1.9Fe and Cu-1.0Cr(wt%) alloys:casting+solution+aging;casting+aging.It has been studied that the effects of these crafts on the microstructures,hardness and electrical conductivity of the alloys,effects of different heat treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-Fe and Cu-Cr alloys.The results showed that alloys after solution treated have worse properties because recrystallization accelerated during aging.
