摘要
项目实施阶段是建筑产品形成阶段,对建设项目全过程造价管理来说也是最难、最复杂的阶段。有效的造价控制可以很好地调节发承包双方的行为和利益,即降低业主的投入成本,增加项目利润,又可以促使承包商规范施工行为。
The project implementation phase is the formative stages of building products for construction projects, the whole process of cost management is also the most difficult and most complex phase.Effective cost control can be a good hair conditioning contractor conduct of the parties and interests, that is, reduce the owner＇s input costs, increasing the project＇s profit,but also can promote the construction contractor behavior norms.
