摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,国际竞争也日益激烈,我国工程造价管理将面临着新的挑战,我们必须采取哪些措施迎接经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,对于提高我国建筑企业的综合竞争力,促进建筑事业健康的发展,具有十分重要的意义。文章就我国工程造价管理的现状及存在的问题进行分析,并提出了一些有针对性的对策。
With the rapid development of science and technology and ever-fierce competition in international building market, engineering cost management in our country will be confronted with new challenge. It is of great significance for we to prepare for the coining era of economic globalization mid knowledge economy in order to improve the general competitiveness of the building enterprises in our country and finally to promote the healthy development of the bnilding undertakings. The article analyzes the status of engineering cost management in our country and the open questions and hereby puts forward the countermeasures.
