辛开苦降法对功能性消化不良大鼠胃电节律及cajal的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Pungent Drugs for Dispersion and Bitter Drugs for Purgation on Electric Rhythm of Stomach and Cajal of Rats with Functional Dyspepsia

摘要 目的:观察功能性消化不良大鼠模型胃电节律的变化以及胃肌间Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cell of cajal,ICC)的分布特点和含量改变,以探讨调中颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制。方法:采用郭海军夹尾法制备功能性消化不良大鼠模型,灌胃治疗12天后,用胃电图检测不同药物治疗后胃电参数变化的差异,以及荧光定量PCR方法检测不同药物治疗后胃肌间Cajal含量的差异。结果:与模型组比较,各治疗组胃电主频率和主功率明显升高(P<0.05);胃窦部位阳性表达ICC升高(P<0.05),ICC中mRNA含量增多(P<0.05)。调中颗粒在提高胃电节律以及升高ICC表达、提高ICC中mRNA含量方面优于多潘立酮与半夏泻心汤。结论:调中颗粒能通过调节Cajal间质细胞的分布和数量,从而明显改善FD大鼠胃电节律紊乱的状况,其疗效优于半夏泻心汤和多潘立酮,具有整体调节作用。 Objective:To observe the changes of stomachic electric rhythm and distribution and content of cajal interstitial cell in rats model with functional dyspepsia and explain the mechanism of TiaoZhong particles in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:The rats model with functional dyspepsia was made by tail clamp method of GUO Haijun.Afler 12 days by intmgastric treatment, to test the differences of EGG parameters after different treatments, as well as the differences of the content of muscle cajal with quantitative PCR after different drugs treatment. Results:Compared with model group,EGG dominant fi'equency and dominant power of treatment groups were significantly higher(P〈0.05); ICC site expression of antrum increased(P〈0.05) and the mRNA levels oflCC increased (P〈0.05). TiaoZhong particles were better than domperidone and BanXiaXieXin decoction in improving gastric motility, increasing ICC expression,and increasing mRNA level of ICC.Conclusion:TiaoZhong particles can significantly improve gastric dysrhythmia FD condition through the regulation of interstitial cells of Cajal in the distribution and abundance.Its effect is better than BanXia XieXin decoction and domperidone.TiaoZhong particles play overall regulatory role.
