摘要
目的:通过研究辛开苦降法对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃窦黏膜降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和P物质(SP)的影响,揭示辛开苦降法调节胃肠感觉过敏的机制,以便全面评价该法的科学性。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,用免疫组化法观察辛开苦降法对FD大鼠胃窦黏膜CGRP和SP的影响。结果:模型组大鼠胃窦黏膜CGRP和SP阳性神经元表达明显减少(P<0.01)。胃康宁组阳性神经元表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01),与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:辛开苦降法对FD大鼠的治疗作用与调节胃肠感觉过敏有关。
Objective:To study the effect of Xinkai Kujiang method on CGRP and SP in functional dyspepsia(FD)rat sinus ventriculi mucosa, and to reveal the therapeutic mechanism of Xinkai Kujiang method. Methods :The effect of Xinkai Kujiang method on CGRP and SP in FD ratssinus ventriculi mucosa was observed immunohistochemically. Results:GRP and SP expressions of gastric mucosa reduced in model group obviously (P〈0.01). The resuhs of Weikangning group was not significantly different from that of the normal group (P〉0.05). While CGRP and SP of Weikangning group was higher than that of the model group (P〈0.01). Conclusion :The therapeutic mechanism of Xinkai Kujiang method for functional dyspepsia may be related to the adjustment of gastrointestinal sensibility.
