摘要
选择9个草莓品种为试材,秋冬季自然降温时测定其半致死温度(LT50)和叶片质膜透性、相对含水量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性等生理生化指标,利用主成分分析和聚类分析对草莓的各指标进行综合评价分析。结果显示,主成分分析综合评价排序与半致死温度排序结果基本一致;聚类分析将9个品种的抗寒性分为3类,其中全明星和香绯属于强抗寒品种,草莓王子、大将军、红瑞光和欧宝属于中抗寒品种,而埃尔桑塔、玛丽亚和鬼怒甘属于弱抗寒品种,这与田间观察的结果基本一致。
Nine strawberry varieties were selected to eompare their tolerance to coldness. Their semi-lethal temperatures (LT50) and leaves physiological and bioehemical indexes, such as plasma membrane permeability, relative water content, the content of chlorophyll, water soluble sugar, water soluble protein, free proline, malondiadehyde, superoxide dismutases activity and peroxidasc activity were detected or measured as natural temperature falling during late autumn to early winter. And their tolerance to eohtness was evaluated comprehensively using principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). The result showed that the final scores got from PCA agreed well with LT50 results. And 9 strawberry varieties were classified into 3 clusters by HCA. Allstar and Xiangfei had strong tolerance to coldness, Elsanta, Maliya, Kinuama had weak tolerance to coldness, and others were between the two groups. The results were similar to those of the filed observation.
