摘要
在2002～2005年国内经济类文献的"核心书目"进行测定的基础上,对国内5所高校图书馆的经济类文献的采选质量进行评价。结合图书馆中文图书采购的客观环境及内部实际情况,对评价结果的分析得出:影响中文图书缺藏的主要原因是为了达到评估要求而进行的突击采购、出版物剧增导致的出版质量严重下滑、采购模式的变化导致图书馆依赖书商书目、采购人员的稳定性以及是否具有一定的业务素质或较强敬业精神等因素。通过对这些因素进行深入分析,为高校图书馆有效提高中文图书采选质量提供客观依据。
Based on the ＂Core Bibliography＂ of domestic economy literature from 2002 to 2005, I evaluated the quality of literature acquisition of 5 university libraries. Combining with the objective environment and internal conditions of library and the analysis the result of evaluation, I＇ve got some factors which affect the quality of procurement： assault procurement in or- der to achieve the assessment requirements, publication surge leading to a serious quality decline, changes in purchasing pat- terns leading to rely on the library book dealers bibliography, the stability of procurement staff, the professional quality and dedication of procurement staff. Through in-depth analysis of these factors, the paper provides objective foundation for impro- ving the quality of the university library of Chinese books procurement.
