摘要
书商评价是图书馆选择书商的基础,书商服务能力是书商评价的重要指标之一,文章以西安交通大学书商评价实践为例对书商服务能力评价进行了探讨分析,指出了目前书商服务存在的问题。
It is based on assessing booksellers to select vendors for library, but service performance of booksellers is important to assess vendor. This paper takes the example of Xi ＇ an Jiaotong University and carries out the evaluation on the service performance of booksellers. It also points out some problems in their service.
