摘要
研究了刺五加（ＡＳ）对正常小鼠及免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官重量、细胞数目和体视学参数的影响．结果表明，ＡＳ能增强小鼠脾脏和肠系膜淋巴结的重量、细胞数目、脾脏白髓总体积和淋巴结皮质总体积．ＡＳ尚能明显对抗环磷酰胺所致的免疫抑制作用．揭示ＡＳ有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用．
The influence of acanthopanax senticosides(AS) on the weight,cell numbers and stereological parameter of the immunity organs of the normal and immunityinhibited mice are studied.The results reveal that AS could increase the weight and cell numbers of the spleen and lymphoglandulae mesocoliae;and it could increae the whole volume of the spleen white pulp and lymphoglandulae cortex of mice.AS could significantly resist the immunity inhibition caused by cyclophophamide as well.Therefore the conclusion is reached that AS could enhance the immunity of mice.
